comprehensive wedding planning package
FOR THE COUPLE WHO WANTS BEGINNING TO END SERVICE
This commitment begins soon after your engagement. For every part of your wedding, LaJoy Plans is your planning partner, extension of your family support structure, and trusted advisor.
Your assigned lead planner will assist you by identifying venue choices, coordinating and attending venue site visits, developing and managing your wedding budget, creating and managing your wedding checklist, researching and presenting options for all of your major wedding vendors including but not limited to, caterer, photographer, videographer, transportation, entertainment and more.
Finally and perhaps most importantly, we are available to you on call for the duration of your wedding planning including the seamless execution of your wedding celebration activities.
partial planning package
FOR THE COUPLE WHO REQUIRES LIMITED PLANNING
Couples interested in this package are seeking a planner to provide best practices, review the current wedding checklist, connect and manage selected vendors, identify any missing vendors and/or gaps within the current wedding structure, and seamlessly execute the rehearsal and wedding day(s) events.
This commitment begins at four months prior to the wedding celebration event start date. To be considered for this package, our expectation is that the couple has identified their venue, ceremony type, budget, and at a minimum these vendors (venue, caterer, photographer, florist and entertainment).
